Wheatland's 20th anniversary is the second week of Advent (December 6)! We'll have a mostly normal service that night but please save the date for our anniversary party on Sunday, January 25. More details to come!

Join us for our annual retreat! We will begin at Sunnyside for breakfast, a time of prayer, and lessons from Liturgy of the Ordinary. We will reconvene in the afternoon at Hyde Park for our worship service, a cookout, and fun for the whole church!

Join us after service, Saturday , September 27, for our fall potluck! Wheatland will provide the drinks but be sure to bring your favorite foods to share!

Our annual Easter service is the morning of April 20 at the Lodge in Warren Riverview Park.

We hope you can join us for our Holy Saturday service, as we observe the final day of Lent, when Jesus was in the tomb and his disciples were in hiding. This is a somber service as we do the final preparation in our hearts for Easter. There will not be coffee hour before (but there will still be coffee and tea available right before service), and we encourage everyone to leave in silence after.

Parents, we will not have elementary and preschool classes but the nursery will be open.

Kick off Holy Week with us at Palm Saturday!

We will begin in the parking lot, unless the weather is horrible, and process with palm branches into the sanctuary, remembering Jesus’ triumphal entry into Jerusalem. It’s a great time (especially for the kids and kids-at-heart!) and we hope you can join us!

We’re celebrating 10 years of partnering with our sister church, Hilltop! Join us for this big celebration on Saturday, March 29. We will meet at our regular worship time, 5:30 pm, but will be meeting at Hilltop Church.

Come for worship and celebration, and stay for pizza!

On Saturday, March 15, join us at our normal Coffee Hour time for our celebration of St. Patrick! Come for coffee and snacks; and don’t forget to wear green!

Join Karen and Rick Bartlett for a short retreat at Pawnee Prairie Park, the morning of June 22 from 8-9 am (subject to change depending on weather!).

Please note this will be a gentle walk through nature for 45 minutes to reflect on God's creation. Feel free to bring a walking stick to lean on as we stop and chat along the way. You may want to wear long pants and bring mosquito spray. No need to go to REI and purchase a water hydration system or hiking boots :-) 
We will meet at Pawnee Prairie off Maize Road at 8:00 am in the parking lot. See you there!
